Chief Design Officer, Neon (2022 – 24)

Oversaw the Design & Research practice at Neon with extended impact on Product Org and People Org. Neon is a digital banking fintech focused on unbanked population it has 20M clients, valued in 1.6B. Refreshed the company culture, shifted product direction and redesigned the product from ground up. Changes in the product were directly linked to path for profitability.

Sr. Product Design Manager, Twitter (2021 – 22)

Led core parts of Twitter: Explore, Search and Trends & Events, with a team of Staff Designers. Launched a a immersive way to consume and discover tweets, in close collaboration with the AI team.

Head of Design, Lyft Business (2019 – 21)

Led a team covering 9 product areas: Concierge, Business Portal, Developer Portal, Healthcare, Lyft Pass, Events, Delivery, Business Travel, and Special Projects. Also managed Internal Tools team.

Enterprise products for Lyft that kept the company revenue stream during the pandemic toughest times, resulting in 10M in bookings in 2020 and being highlighted during their earnings call on Q2 and Q3 of 2020.
