Koji Pereira has extensive experience in design and leadership, spanning over two decades. Currently, he serves as the VP of Design & Research at Sigma.
Before he was at Neon relaunching from scratch their banking app experience. At Twitter he led a team that built experiences for content discovery, trending topics, and search. At Lyft, he served as the Head of Design for Lyft Business, where he oversaw the development of a suite of products designed to provide rides for organizations' employees. One of the products he launched was Lyft Pass, a self-service tool that enables companies to create ride programs and to provide access to COVID19 vaccines and basic needs.
While at Google, Koji led the design efforts for Files by Google, which grew from zero to a billion users. He also launched several other products, including Camera Go, Android TV Data Saver, and Google Spaces. In addition to his work at these companies, Koji has taught design at various schools worldwide, such as Harbour.Space in Barcelona and Bangkok and PUC Minas in Brazil. He also served as the CEO of a startup in Brazil.
